What was your work background before enrolling in DMI?

Before studying at the Digital Marketing Institute, I was engaged in handling the operations of customer service and the online brand presence of a mobile phone retail firm for 6 years.

What influenced your decision to study and get certified in digital marketing?

Being engaged in online brand marketing for years, I discovered that there are a lot of technicalities and skills that I need to learn and understand, hence studying and certifying my knowledge through a respected institution such as the Digital Marketing Institute will help me become more competitive.

Why did you choose to study with DMI?

Before enrolling at the Digital Marketing Institute, I’ve researched a lot of institutions that offered the same courses. The Digital Marketing Institute gave me the feeling of assurance that their students will have the overall advantage through extensive digital marketing modules, classroom training, and courses.

How has it helped you in your business or work?

I’m currently working for a food service firm with a traditional approach to marketing. Being a Certified Digital Marketing Professional, I started introducing the advantages of having a solid digital marketing function. With the skills and knowledge I gained from the Digital Marketing Institute, I’m confident that digital marketing will help the business achieve its goal.

Since completing the program, how has your career progressed?

A lot has changed and opportunities opened up after becoming a Certified Digital Marketing Professional. Currently, I’m handling the whole operations of the marketing department of a food service firm. The knowledge and skills I gained at the Digital Marketing Institute helped me in leading the overall marketing effort of the business.
