Where and when do I take the exam?

Exam Venue

You take the exam at any Pearson Vue-accredited test center worldwide. In the Philippines, you will be able to easily find one near you. The good news is you can now take the exam online through Pearson Vue’s online, proctored exam platform.

Exam Eligibility Period

You need to take the exam within 6 months from the last day of class (DMI doesn’t extend the eligibility period). It’s recommended that you take the exam 2-3 months after completing the course to allow yourself to review thoroughly. Don’t wait until the last minute in case you fail and have to retake it. Your retakes should still be within your eligibility period.

Exam Tips

Don’t book too soon. You only need to book your exam after you finish the program. You can choose any date and time that’s available (there is no fixed exam schedule). You can cancel and rebook your exam if you wish, but no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled exam.

Be on time! If you miss your exam date or are more than 15 minutes late, it’s considered forfeited. You will have to pay to rebook and take the exam.

Note: These apply only to DMI’s certification courses. The short courses are taken online right after completing the online course and not scheduled and taken through Pearson Vue.
